Step 2: Buy a used, 40′ shipping container. Check.

Step 3: Get said shipping container delivered and moved into place. Check.

Phew, what a week! There was also delivering crickets for a chef to test at an AWESOME Denver restaurant (details to follow), and having an interview with a Harvest Public Media journalist.
